Founded in 1964 as Goldberg-Zoino & Associates, Inc., a soils and foundations specialty consultant, GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (GZA) now supports multiple technical practice areas including geotechnical engineering; geostructural engineering; dam and levee design; coastal and waterfront engineering; environmental engineering; land use planning; natural resources consulting; natural hazard risk management; and construction support. GZA is an employee-owned firm with over 700 engineers, scientists, and technical support staff in 32 offices, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic, Great Lakes, and New England regions of the U.S.– including Fairfield, Somerset and Hammonton, NJ with local regional support from New York City and Melville, NY and Philadelphia and Landsdale, PA.
