Since our establishment in 2004, M&J has grown into a full-service engineering and construction management firm. Over 250 employees strong, our size is part of our strength. While we have the experience and resources of a larger firm, we maintain the responsiveness and flexibility of a smaller service provider. This uncommon blend of expertise and personal attention gives our firm its competitive edge. M&J specializes in all aspects of Technology Systems Design and Implementation, Construction Management, Resident Engineering and Construction Inspection. Our principals include five veteran New York State PE’s, each with over 30 years’ experience in the AEC industry. They all have long track records in the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects for transportation agencies. M&J is a leader in construction management and inspection, ITS, mechanical, electrical, wastewater, water supply, tunnel, airport, port, marine/coastal, environmental, civil, and structural engineering for both new infrastructure and renovation/rehabilitation projects. M&J’s staff is well versed with the design-build project delivery method along with the design-bid-build, construction manager at risk (CMAR) and the integrated project delivery (IPD).
