TPD is a multi-disciplined A/E/C firm with offices in Freehold, Hamilton and Camden, as well as nine additional offices in Pennsylvania, Maryland and North Carolina. Since its founding in 1989, TPD has focused on revitalizing infrastructure and improving communities across the eastern United States. TPD exists to improve the quality of life for the public, working toward this mission by providing the following services to a range of public and private sector: highway design; bridge design & inspection; transportation planning & permitting; construction management & inspection; traffic signal & ITS systems design; multimodal, complete streets & mobility services; environmental services & permitting; landscape architecture & planning; and transportation management & operations.
